Our team involves in the supervision of incoming and outgoing aircraft, coordinating essential information such as estimated time of arrival (ETA)/estimated time of departure (ETD) and load distribution management (LDM), ensuring appropriate parking positions or gate, managing the number of passengers as well as their specific needs, including passengers with special assistance. Assistance may be provided to incoming passengers, with the handling of baggage delivery organized when applicable. Additionally, our team prepares cargo, mail arrangements, and relevant operational documents like NOTAMs and weather briefings for outgoing flights as per airline policies and procedure. Crew briefings should cover passenger numbers, meal orders, and special passenger requirements, while also relaying fuel figures to suppliers and collecting necessary documents like the passenger manifest and loadsheet from the crew. Finally, AGSS team ensures that all messaging related to flight status are diligently sent on time by the handling agent to guarantee seamless operations.
