Irregularity Handling

We manage effectively passenger experience during delays or cancellations, by promptly informing passengers about the situation and provide refreshment or meal vouchers as per company policies. Additionally, we can assist with rerouting stranded passengers, organizing necessary transfers such as HOT-AC or buses, and maintain communication with the flight captain and the airline's head office. It's equally important to support the crew if they are stranded and to coordinate with the captain and maintenance teams at the SPL in case of technical issues.
