We handle passengers professionally, starting from check-in counters, transfer counters, and gates, assuring they are adequately staffed, with clear display of airline logos at all service points. Efficient disembarkation of incoming flights will be always prioritized, along with handling of transfer passengers at the arrival gate. For outbound flights, inbound and onward passengers we handle appropriately, with correct boarding times displayed on boarding passes and screens. Timely boarding processes are essential, alongside thorough passport checks for outgoing passengers when necessary. Furthermore, our team gives extra attention to passengers requiring special services, such as UM, WCHR/S/C, MAAS, VIP, etc, ensuring they are well-supported both during check-in and at the gate.
